If any clinic in California tells you the injection itself carries federal approval, that is your signal to walk out.
What you should expect instead: consent paperwork written in plain English, donor-screened tissue from an ISO and cGMP-certified lab, documented cell counts and viability for your specific vial, and a physician willing to say NO when your imaging says no.
