REFUND POLICY

R3 Stem Cell Refund Policy

Full payment is required prior to any procedure. The following refund policy applies once a procedure has been scheduled and paid for:

If payment is made 4 or more days before the procedure, a full refund is available if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of payment. After 72 hours, payments are non-refundable. If payment is made less than 4 days before the procedure, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be provided after a procedure has been completed. Outcomes are not guaranteed, and results may vary as with any medical procedure. Credit card and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

R3 Stem Cell Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests made within three (3) business days of the scheduled appointment will incur a $150 rescheduling fee, due at the time of rescheduling. This fee applies each time an appointment is rescheduled within this window, regardless of how many times a client has previously rescheduled.
