R3 Stem Cell Refund Policy

Thank you for trusting R3 Stem Cell by signing up for a procedure at one of our Centers of Excellence! With 13 years of offering first rate regenerative procedures, R3 Stem Cell is the best option worldwide for achieving satisfaction with an improved quality of life.

It is the policy of R3 Stem Cell that full payment is due prior to any regenerative procedure. This document lays out R3 Stem Cell’s refund policy that applies once a patient signs up and pays for a regenerative procedure.

If you pay for your procedure 4 or more days before your procedure, you may receive a full refund if you cancel within 72 hours of payment. After 72 hours, no refunds will be provided.
If you pay for your procedure less than 4 days before your procedure, no refunds will be provided.
No refunds will be provided after a procedure is performed. R3 Stem Cell makes it known to patients that the results of procedures are not guaranteed. As with any medical procedure, there is always a risk that a procedure will not produce the desired result.
Refunds exclude credit card and payment processing fees, which are non-refundable.
