04 Feb R3 Terminates Kathleen Francesca Due to Alleged Embezzlement of $250,000
As of November 1, 2024, Kathleen Francesca has been terminated by R3 Medical Companies due to alleged embezzlement of over $250,000 along with violation of her non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. A forensic accountant hired by the company found many instances of “Frankie” directly soliciting client sales with stolen biologics and having the monies deposited into her personal bank account, alleges R3.
According to multiple R3 clients, Kathleen “Frankie” Francesca, whose real name is Kathleen Legaspi, would describe having a “secret stash” of biologics at her residence that was used to sell stolen inventory and then use R3’s corporate FedEx account for overnight shipping.
R3 management elaborated, “Multiple clients gave us the exact same story of being required to pay her directly, and they don’t know each other. Frankie used this “secret stash” and pre-existing relationships to divert monies from R3 to herself. As the company sales dropped significantly, her embezzlement rose in direct correlation according to what the forensic accountant uncovered.”
“It actually didn’t make a lot of sense because Kathleen Tangcoy Legaspi (real name) had been doing extremely well with R3. For years, she made an average of $240,000 annually and was supporting her parents, sending her child to private school, and obtaining equity in several R3 entities by using her commission in lieu of direct capital investment. This could have been worth millions to her, but she threw it all away with her alleged embezzlement, theft and lies.”
Another interesting finding from the accountant was that Kathleen Legaspi not only charged work flights to the company’s American Express card (normal), but also for multiple members of her family. On NUMEROUS occasions, this included her mother and daughter! Of note, her mother and daughter never worked for R3 Medical Companies.
R3 management added, “When Amex Travel posts the flights to statements, the passenger is clearly stated. We’re not sure if she thought these would be overlooked or confused with other worker trips, but the family member names are right there in black and white!”
When it comes to R3 Philippines, Kathleen Francesca took her theft to a completely different level. As a minority owner of the company and a dual citizen (not an owner anymore), she had access to the bank account. And she REFUSED to provide access to the majority owner, which was R3 USA. For over 4 months, she would not produce a statement or provide access.
R3 management explained, “We thought there were irregularities occurring due to the fact she refused to provide bank account access. Finally her attorney got her to provide it, and sure enough what we found was astonishing. Over $103,000 US dollars had been overtly wired to her personal USA bank account in the past 90 days alone! She was paying her relatives as well for no apparent reason. Her cousin who had resigned months earlier. It wasn’t hidden at all, just wire transfer after transfer.”
At that point, Kathleen Frankie Legaspi was evidently desperate to take more money. R3 was informed by several Philippines patients that they were contacted by a company called “Ageless Wellness” to pay for treatment to a different bank account. When asked to clarify, Kathleen’s cousin Julie Legaspi told patients that company was still affiliated with R3. But it was a fake company designed to steal patients, steal the company’s equipment and biologics as well.
R3 Medical Companies was then forced to notify all patients about Kathleen Frankie Franceca’s fake company and not to fall for it. But multiple patients had already been stolen, and upon questioning they thought their treatment was with R3. Amazingly, the entire staff had resigned a month earlier, but Kathleen was still paying them from the R3 bank account.
To summarize, Kathleen was paying the staff (who all had resigned) from the R3 bank account, and taking in monies from stolen patients to a completely new bank account. How did she expect this to work? The authorities in the Philippines have been notified about the swindling, including:
- Kathleen Legaspi – swindling in Philippines
- Fredilbert Legaspi – her father who participated in the scheme, for example his name is on the lease and bank account.
- Fredilbert Legaspi Jr – her brother who also assisted.
- Julie Legaspi – her cousin who was actively helping with patient stealing.
R3 management added, “It’s not like this is a circumstantial embezzlement/swindling case. All of the evidence is in the bank account, emails, texts and overtly apparent. People need to know that she CANNOT be trusted under any circumstance.”

It’s a bit unclear what name Kathleen may use at any one time, as she has over 15 aliases. R3 did not know about her previous legal issues, which began in 2005. Felonies with check fraud, grand theft and on top of that there are MANY blogs on the internet about stealing monies, lying, with over 15 different aliases (other than Kathleen Legaspi). Yes, it’s hard to keep track of, and in addition every picture that she posts online is incredibly filtered. So when you meet her in person you’ll say, “She doesn’t look like her picture.”
Kathleen “Frankie” Francesca may seem charming when you speak with her, but don’t be fooled. As can be seen on this blog, there have been quite a few people she’s lied to, stolen from, and she spent time in jail in LA County. As an ex-convict, she has resorted to using aliases to generate new reputations over the past couple of decades.

Several online websites continue to portray Kathleen Frankie Francesca as a “stem cell guru”, “wellness entrepreneur”, or still affiliated with R3. Despite having been terminated months ago by R3, she has made no attempt to remove any of these false stories. Even her Linkedin continues with the non-existent titles she no longer has.
