21 Jan Kathleen Francesca Terminated from R3 Stem Cell Due to Alleged Embezzlement, According to Court Filings
Kathleen Francesca, whose real name is Kathleen Tangcoy Legaspi, has been terminated by R3 Stem Cell’s management due to alleged embezzlement, theft, fraud, swindling. The company’s forensic accountant found that Kathleen “Frankie” Francesca apparently embezzled over $250,000 USD in 18 months.
The accountant reviewed company bank accounts, customer invoices and product inventory both in the USA and in the Philippines. The accounting showed that Kathleen Legaspi, aka Kathleen Francesca, had several customers paying into her personal bank account for company products. Then records showed she used the company’s FedEx account to overnight products.
According to R3 company management, “Quite a few customers sent us bank receipts showing the transfers, which lined up with the biologics being shipped and charged to R3’s FedEx account. R3 received no monies on those transactions.”
The alleged embezzlement then began in earnest with R3 Philippines. For months, Kathleen prevented access to the company bank account. Of note, she was a minority partner in R3 Philippines and R3 put up all the monies for equipment, biologics and build out of the clinic.
After R3’s attorneys got involved, Kathleen agreed finally to provide R3 Philippines bank account access. Once again, R3’s forensic accountant found evidence of embezzlement; but this time, on a MUCH larger scale.
R3’s company management stated, “Kathleen Francesca wired herself over $103,000 USD to her USA bank account within a three month time frame. It was right there in black and white. The reason for her being so pervasive became instantly apparent; she was swindling large sums of money illegally.”
Additionally, Kathleen Francesca entangled her family members into stealing the clinic equipment, changing the locks, and soliciting R3 patients under a fake company name, “Ageless Wellness”. Her father, Fredilbert Legaspi, brother Fredilbert Legaspi Jr and cousin Julie Legaspi have all played various roles in the scam. Kathleen continues to overtly use the R3 company bank account to pay rent, payroll and other expenses while stealing patient revenue into a separate bank account.
R3 company management added, “It’s not subtle, patients are contacting us and telling us that “Ageless Wellness” is saying they are part of R3 Philippines and to pay them directly. It’s completely fabricated and we have notified the regulatory authorities in the Philippines along with the police.”

She has spent time in jail after being convicted of several felonies, including grand theft and check fraud. There are multiple large judgments and evictions to her various aliases.
Despite being terminated from all R3 Medical Companies and named in several court filings alleging the six figure embezzlement, Kathleen Frankie Francesca continues to allow her online profiles to showcase her previous affiliation with R3’s companies.
It’s important to share this information because Kathleen Frankie Francesca Legaspi (or whatever alias is in play) is in no way affiliated with R3 Medical Companies, R3 Stem Cell, Bello Bio, Regen Suppliers, R3 Philippines and any ownership she had is being removed due to these illegal activities.
