The R3 Stem Cell Therapy Commitment (R3TC)

R3 Stem Cell, LLC (“R3”), the world’s leader in regenerative stem cell therapies, is proud to provide you security in selecting your stem cell therapy provider.

At R3, we stand behind our regenerative medicine procedures. If you are not completely satisfied with your R3 regenerative therapy and you meet the eligibility requirements below, then R3 will provide an additional regenerative therapy free of charge at one of R3’s regenerative therapy workshops in accordance with the terms of the R3 Therapy Commitment (R3TC). Travel expenses are not included.

NOTE: This is a ONE time offer for a second chance therapy. Patients will not be offered a third, fourth, fifth procedure etc under this policy. For those procedures, patients will need to pay for the treatment.

The second chance procedures are available:

In the USA at one of R3 Medical Training’s MSK Ultrasound Injection Course’s workshops. Additional treatments are available for a fee to go along with those offered below for free.
Internationally with an injection, intravenous, nebulizer, or intranasal procedure using only the biologics specified below. Additional treatments are available for a fee to go along with those offered below for free.

R3 stands apart from other regenerative therapy providers that may use inferior biologics, inferior protocols, or inappropriate dosing. R3 Stem Cell provides safe regenerative therapy options and stands behind its offerings. R3 is sensitive to the value of your hard-earned money and is committed to positive patient outcomes.

It is important that you understand that R3 cannot and is NOT promising a cure or a permanent fix for your condition. Every patient’s response to regenerative therapy is unique and there are no methods available, yet, to ensure 100% desired outcomes for regenerative medicine therapies.

Eligibility Requirements:

R3’s Therapy Commitment is available for qualified individuals who receive R3 stem cell therapy from a physician (“Provider”) at an R3 Certified Center and request an additional therapy from R3 under this commitment. To be eligible for an additional therapy, a patient must:

Complete a single full recommended stem cell procedure at an R3 Certified Center;
Follow all pre- and post-procedure Provider instructions;
Follow all Provider recommendations regarding R3 Stem Cell supplements and approved substitutes;
Complete necessary imaging studies or lab work as directed by the Provider; and
Have undergone recovery for at least one year.
Key Point: musculoskeletal injection procedures for joints, soft tissue or spine will be repeated with umbilical cord stem cell derived exosome and PRP biologics as described below.

Intranasal, Intravenous and Nebulizer Procedures: These are known as systemic procedures and may be a part of the Therapy Commitment.

Often times, individuals who receive systemic therapies often need a repeat therapy within a year anyway so the Therapy Commitment is not applicable. In these cases, our consultants will make a recommendation for a repeat procedure (not free) and R3 will still include the biologics specified below as part of the R3TC (for free).

End stage kidney, liver or heart failure. See #7. The biologics below will be included, however, patients will need to pay for the cellular component.
Autoimmune disorders – see #7. The biologics below will be included, however, patients will need to pay for the cellular component.
Autism Spectrum Disorder - The biologics below will be included, however, patients will need to pay for the cellular component.

The biologics received as part of the R3TC are umbilical cord derived stem cell exosomes and the quantity is based on the amount paid by patients for their initial therapy*:

Patient paid $2001-5000 USD = 2cc exosomes (50 billion) plus PRP or Multivitamin Myer’s Cocktail
Patient paid $5001-8000 USD = 3cc exosomes (75 billion) plus PRP or Multivitamin Myer’s Cocktail
Patient paid $8001-12000 USD = 4cc exosomes (100 billion) plus PRP or Multivitamin Myer’s Cocktail
Patient paid $12,001-16000 USD = 5cc exosomes (125 billion) plus PRP or Multivitamin Myer’s Cocktail
Patient paid $16,0001 USD or more = 6cc exosomes (150 billion) plus PRP or Multivitamin Myer’s Cocktail

*Specialist fees or additional fees outside of the actual therapy fees are not to be included in the total. The patient quotation will elucidate this. No substitutions allowed.

If you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements and are not satisfied with your outcome after at least one year of recovery, after a thorough analysis of the procedure benefits with the Certified R3 Center providers, you may request an additional regenerative therapy at one of the scheduled R3 Stem Cell USA Workshops or International Centers.

Currently, the USA workshops take place in Scottsdale AZ, Nashville TN and Beverly Hills CA.

R3 reserves the right to modify the Workshop schedule, including adding or cancelling Workshops, at any time. If you are eligible for an additional regenerative therapy, you may choose your desired workshop, subject to availability. Workshop slots are limited, so your first choice may not be available.

At the Workshops, patients receive regenerative therapy where visiting providers observe as R3 trainers perform therapies on real patients. An R3 protocol will be used and you must agree to having the visiting providers observe for learning purposes to receive the additional therapy.

This Is NOT A Money Back Guarantee. The Commitment Is Only Available For An Additional Regenerative Therapy as described in this policy. Travel Expenses Are The Responsibility Of The Patient.

Patients that have had two or more regenerative therapy procedures at an R3 Certified Center are not eligible. The additional therapy commitment is not available if you fail to abide by reasonable R3 requests for existing medical records or fail to obtain new imaging or bloodwork, as determined by R3 in its sole discretion.
