Medluxe Institute is the Latest Scam from Kathleen Francesca and She Has Not Filed Taxes for the Past Seven Years

Recently, it has come to my attention that the convicted felon we terminated, Kathleen Francesca, continues to perpetrate one scam after another. After obtaining a Restraining Order and Injunction from the court prohibiting her from working in the field of regenerative biologics, regenerative clinics, or any competing business, she proceeded to ignore it completely.
Let’s start with the basics, Kathleen Francesca is not a real person. That’s an alias she uses, just like the list including:
Her real name is Kathleen Tangcoy Legaspi, and she has a long history of scams and felonious acts. She has spent time in jail, and R3 hired her based off of a false name and identity she provided. Over the past 2 years, R3 has been receiving regular phone calls, emails and texts from past clients who have been swindled by Kathleen Frankie Francesca. She pretends to be part of R3, takes orders with special deals, and has large sums of money sent to her own personal or LLC accounts. Then she ghosts the client on the merchandise owed, refuses to take their calls, doesn’t return any correspondence, and then they contact R3! WE HAVE ALL THE TRANSACTION RECEIPTS OF THE FRAUD.
It’s happened close to 10 times, despite repeated emails to R3’s client database warning them about her illegal acts. Over the past couple of years, Kathleen Legaspi continues to post about numerous new ventures she has her hands in, all of which will be most likely ruined as she steals them dry. As you can see in my previous blog posts, she stole $103,000 USD alone from R3 Stem Cell Philippines. Once she was caught, her attorney agreed she would leave the bank account alone. Two months ago, she stole the remaining $25,000 from the account. She just couldn’t resist, as she evidently doesn’t have a legitimate way to make a living.
This is black and white theft that is all being reported to the authorities. In one of her court filings, Kathleen Frankie Francesca admitted that she has not filed personal taxes to the IRS for the PAST SEVEN YEARS!
Why would someone not pay taxes for 7 years in a row? There are several reasons why an individual would knowingly skip filing personal taxes:
Kathleen Francesca has made a lot of money in the past, so it’s most likely #2 and/or #3. I have a theory and that is she is NOT a citizen of the USA, has no valid Green Card, and is currently living in the USA as and undocumented immigrant. That is my theory, and I challenge her to prove me wrong.
Here are her ventures that are bound to fail due to her pathologic embezzlement behavior:
Medluxe Institute – supposedly this is going to offer medical trainings for MSK ultrasound, aesthetics, peptides. The website doesn’t exist (yet). It is NOT easy to offer these trainings, and based on Kathleen Frankie Legaspi Nouveau Francesca (she’s welcome to use this new alias) history, she’ll steal any invested monies instead of actually setting up the trainings properly, paying staff, faculty, etc.
If you are considering going to a Medluxe training, think again. Remember Fyre Festival? Looked great up front right until people actually got there! If Kathleen is in charge of it, you will be disappointed.
Nouveau Wellness Concierge – Supposedly this was a clinic in Beverly Hills that was going to offer weight loss, aesthetics and regenerative therapies as a direct conflict to R3.
Interestingly, an Instagram channel called Inner Rhythm Media, which is run by Eric William Nissen, went to that space recently. Here is his video of the space:

It appears that Kathleen Frankie Francesca is running FIVE businesses out of this space. Essentially it looks like a storage unit at this point with a bunch of boxes, chairs, file cabinets. There was nobody in the space to ask about Nouveau Wellness Concierge, Medluxe Institute, K Francesca LLC, Nouveau Legacy Distributions or any of the businesses with this address.
It’s obvious these businesses are scam address listings. Eric also noticed it was a listing for a Hospice. He was going to look into Medicare and Medicaid fraud potentially occurring at the address. Since the Inner Rhythm Media post, the Nouveau Wellness Concierge website is now taken down.
This Is Me Network – Kathleen Frankie Francesca started a podcast. She has had a few well known guests at the beginning, but she continues to perpetuate an image that just doesn’t exist in reality. For instance, she says she has “created a platform where people can speak from their truth”. Are you kidding me! She talks about living her life the right way. IT’S ALL A SCAM. She has stolen so much money from so many clients and stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from R3 and many clients as a con woman. Nobody mentions that.

Second, this is ridiculous. Her whole bio is fake – she mentions “ethical commercialization”. Are you kidding me? There’s nothing ethical at all about what she’s done by stealing monies from R3 and countless others across the USA, Philippines and most likely other countries. It also mentions she is the Founder of Nouveau Wellness Concierge, a global platform with presence in the United States, Latin America, and Asia. Last time this was fact checked- the Nouveau Wellness Concierge location was pretty much a storage unit with no one working there!
Kathleen likes to take credit for things, but accepts no liability for her pathological criminal activity. Her whole existence is fake, one scam after another. One Instagram filter on top of another, no legitimate business activity, and no acceptance that she is incapable of being truthful.
